Trend Exchange Texas

The first International Financial Center (IFC) in America including Trend-Ex world headquarter will be located in Frisco, Texas, which is one of the fastest growing and wealthiest communities in US. Located within 20 minutes from Dallas Fort Worth International airport, the center is a massive ecosystem of international trade, financial service, and support services all conveniently located in mixed-use development designed to support the modern financial services industry and global trade relationship as 24 hours activity urban center.

Total 177 acres of site will be developed as 3 phases valued as total $11b. The 1st phase (estimated $3.16b value) of 60 acres will include 1.6m sf of class-A office including Trend-Ex world HQ, 523 luxury condominiums, 647 units of rental apartments, two hotels (5-star and 4-star hotel), 772,000 sf of retails, exotic car museum, and various types of parking buildings.  The 1st phase master development will have an iconic 640 ft. office tower and a 680 ft. condominium tower connected with glass bottom sky arch as Gateway to IFC-Trend Ex financial center development. The sky arch features botanical garden, viewing deck and event space.

The design includes eco-friendly features such as wind turbine at the top of the towers, more than 300,000 sf of solar panels area, vertical horticultural farming tower producing fresh supply for restaurants and residents. The overall complex symbolizes the development as eco-friendly, sustainable, and forward looking International Financial Center
