Trend Exchange, Tempe

The Pier 202 project is a Mixed-Use project that includes 3.6 million square feet of offices, three hotels, rental apt/condominium and retails. It will be developed in 3 phases. The first phase (Parcel 4, 5 & 6) will include 505,000 square feet of residential, 455,000 square feet of office space, and 65,000 square feet of retail space.

Parcel 5 will feature the Trend-Ex office tower, a 380 feet statuesque building housing the Trend-Ex Exchange, the only location of its kind in the Southwestern United States. Out of the first phase of this international financial destination, 350,000 square feet of luxury, Class A office space shall be reserved for the Exchange, its clearing houses, data center, financial partners and firms, and ancillary businesses. Security for this building will be a top priority and its offices and parking facility will be manned 24 hours a day by on-site guards and state-of-the-art electronic access.

Parcel 5 will also feature 5 star boutique hotel, 25,000 square feet of retail/restaurant space with plans for a high-end steakhouse, a wine bar, and retail boutiques, including a custom jewelry store and a designer clothing boutique. Other spaces will include more fashion, dining, and other specialized boutiques.

The residential portion will be spread over 980 units, 150 of which will be executive rental housing to support the Exchange and its business affiliates, and rest to be luxury high-end condominium.
