Jin Wellbeing County by Thonburi Healthcare Group is the first residential project with a full range of lifestyle and healthcare services catering for senior in Thailand. It is centrally located on a 140-rai ( 55 Acre ) plot on Phaholyothin Road in Bangkok.

The first phase includes three zones: Active Living, Aged Care Center and Clubhouse and Wellness Center. Active Living includes 13 seven-story, low-rise residential buildings comprising of 1,380 units ranging from 43 to 63 square meters. A designated pet-friendly building is included in this first phase.

Aged Care Center is a standalone building providing special daycare and nursing-home services for senior who need extra care from professionals. A rehabilitation center and clinic are also located in this area.

Clubhouse and Wellness Center comprises of a spa, fitness area, swimming pool and other health and rehabilitation services. It also provides facilities for various lifestyle activities to entertain both senior and their younger family members. In the later phases, a hospital and community mall will be added.
