IBK 61,500 sq.ft. training center complex for major Korean Bank new staffs including class rooms, auditorium, 150 units trainee's apartment from 1 to 3 bedroom. It also features executive villas, state-of-the-art physical training center and boating dock. Competition winning project by Samoo with Chung Rho as Design Principal, and completed construction in 2011.
