We are actively hiring in the following positions:

 

Senior Designer: candidate should have 8-10 years of Type 1, large sized, high rise, mixed use design experience (including office, hotel, high rise residential, and retail) in urban context

 

‐ Generating initial design concept alternatives to reflect client’s visions.

 

‐ Lead and collaborate in the design vision / Develop design documents for review and presentation to internal and external teams including client groups, governmental agencies, and design review boards.

 

‐ Prepare and deliver design presentations to different groups and in various formats.

 

‐ Proficient in design, presentation, and documentation software programs such as Rhino with

Grasshopper, Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, Revit (if possible), and Microsoft Office

 

‐ Proficiency in rendering software, V-ray for Rhino.

 

‐ Good understanding of IBC codes and work experiences with various planning agencies’

regulations/process.

 

‐ Experience in directing, reviewing, and coordinating work of consultants

 

‐ Understanding of sustainable practices

 

 

Intermediate Designer: 4-5 years of Type 1, mixed use project experience is required.

 

Junior Designer: max. 3 years of experiences

 

All candidates shall have professional degree in architecture (B. Arch. or M. Arch. is required).

 

CIRA will sponsor H1B Visa for qualified international staff with US M. Arch degree.
