Principal
Chungil Rho, as Principal and Director of Architecture Design at CIRA, is involved in all aspects of design oversight working directly with all our clients and internal project teams as well as specialist consultants ensuring creative design vision through all phases. As registered architect in California and Arizona, Chungil Rho has designed many iconic complex projects both in US and abroad. He holds Master of Architecture from Cornell University after completing both Bachelor and Master program in Architecture from Seoul National University, Korea.
Lalita Rho possesses over twenty-five years of international interior design experience, and her expertise in the field includes all phases of design, specification, purchasing and supervising of projects and their final installations. She has supervised multimillion-dollar new construction projects, in hospitality, residential and healthcare. Lalita has also worked on high-end residential projects, both new and existing facilities. She was certified by the State of California. Her expertise not only covers the aesthetics but also the latest technology, materials, code and liability issues. She holds Master of Arts in Interior Design from Cornell University.
